Homemade Braised Beef Brisket with Cabbage and Potatoes

  Ingredients:Beef shank(washed, cut and blanched)Potato(washed, peeled and cut)Chinese cabbage(washed, cut)

Molasses Soy sauce,Sugar Salt

Steps: (1) Put the beef shank that has been blanched into the inner pot of the rice cooker.

(2) Then add cinnamon and star anise, along with beer.

(3) Cover and plug in to cook for 20 minutes on the "Cook" setting.

(4) Afterward, add the cut potatoes and Chinese cabbage, then season with an appropriate amount of soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Stir well, cover again, and cook for another 10 minutes.

(5) Finally, unplug, remove the lid, serve, and enjoy.
