Steps for making Beer Duck:
Prepare the ingredients.

Clean and cut the duck into large pieces, boil in cold water until boiling, remove impurities.

Chop the onion into segments,slice the ginger, crush the garlic, and dice the green and red peppers. Heat the pot with cold oil, stir-fry the ginger, onion, and garlic.

Add the duck pieces again, stir-fry until oily and slightly browned.

Prepare a clay pot, transfer the duck to it,

discard the oil from the cooking process.Place the spices and seasonings in the pot, pour in the beer and quickly braise for 2 hours. Stir multiple times at the end to avoid sticking and burning. Add green and red pepper slices.
