Homemade Beef Tenderloin Spinach Cauliflower Soup Recipe




Ingredients:Beef sirloin (sliced) Cauliflower (cleaned)Swiss chard (washed and sliced) Cornstarch Seasonings: cooking wine, salt, MSG
Preparation: (1)Heat a wok with oil, add the sliced beef sirloin, and stir-fry with an appropriate amount of cooking wine.
(2) Thencombine with the cleaned cauliflower and stir-fry briefly.。
(3) Next, add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil, until the cauliflower is tender.(4) Follow by adding the sliced Swiss chard and stir gently.。
(5) Finally, add salt and MSG for seasoning, mix well.
(6) Add cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce, stir-fry evenly, and it's done.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of salt and monosodium glutamate for seasoning and stir evenly.
Then add water starch to thicken the sauce and stir evenly to complete.
