Home-style Beef Stewed with Flowering Mushroom and Porcini Mushroom


In the cold winter, it's perfect to make a pot of stew.Roast beef.
Ingredients. Main ingredients: 400g beef, 150g shiitake mushrooms,Peaches Shiitake mushrooms 100g bell peppers, 5g oil, salt to taste, 6g cooking wine, 1 piece of bouillon cube,Dark soy sauce 5g, light soy sauce 2g.
Steps.

1. Cut the beef.

2. Prepare all ingredients and place them on a plate.

3. Add cooking wine to the beef.

4. Add dark soy sauce.

5. Add light soy sauce.

6. Heat oil in a wok.

7. Marinate for 2 hours after mixing well.

8. Sauté onions with oil in the pot.

9. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry quickly.

10. Stir-fry for a while.

11. Add a large bowl of water.

12. Simmer with the bouillon cube for 40 minutes.

13. Cut shiitake mushrooms.

14. After 40 minutes, add the shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry evenly for another 20 minutes.

15. Cut bell peppers.

16. Simmer until almost done before adding the bell peppers to stir-fry thoroughly.

17. Continue simmering until completion.Bell peppers are also cooked.

18. Serve and it's very delicious.
Tip: The beef marinates better with longer marination time.
