Homemade Recipe for Jinsha Xiao Ganjuan


Kale is what I first tried. I saw it often in magazines, thinking it looks like a baby cabbage and wanted to try cooking with salted eggs.Yolk fried, must be delicious!
Kale is rich in nutrients, particularly Vitamin C and selenium, which are beneficial for preventing breast cancer; eating more of this vegetable is good for your health.
Ingredients Main Ingredients
200g kale, 2 salted eggs, 5g garlic, appropriate oil, salt, oyster sauce, sugar
Steps

1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the kale in half

2. Boil the salted eggs in a pot with water until they are fully cooked

Press the yolks into a paste while hot, set aside.

4. Sauté the garlic in oil

5. Add the kale and a little oyster sauce, sugar, and some water

6. Sauté the Brussels sprouts until tender, remove and set aside.

6. Stir-fry the kale until it is soft, then remove from heat to set aside.

7. Add more oil, then fry the egg yolk into crumbs
