Home-style Oyster Mushroom and Roast Chicken Soft Bone Cooking Method


Before the chicken feet were bought for barbecuing, but a small packet was not enough, so I decided to cook them in a stir-fry.
Ingredients: Main ingredients: 150g chicken feet,lotus root 1 piece,green vegetables 50g,mild cooking oil as needed, table salt as needed,
miller's wine 5g,

soy sauce 3g,

and a stock cube.

Steps:

1. In a pot, add water and miller's wine, then add the chicken feet and cook for a while.

2. Prepare the lotus root.

3. In a wok, add oil and the cooked chicken feet that have been boiled in step 1.

4. Stir-fry quickly for a moment.

5. Stir-fry for two minutes then add the lotus root cubes.

6. Stir evenly again.

7. Add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

8. Add water.

9. Then add one stock cube.

10. Simmer for 20 minutes, then add green vegetables.
11. Stir until the vegetables are cooked.
