Homemade Braised Chicken with Green Beans and Soybeans

This is a dish, not particularly eye-catching, but it's extremely filling and popular. Some dishes are just magical,Long beans, are a, but after being sun-dried with fresh beans, they develop a completely different flavor. Combined with similarly dried green peppers, which have absorbed the taste of meat broth, it feels like an ideal match; perhaps this is one of the flavors from my hometown that I can't forget.
The dishes I like, my daughter would definitely enjoy too. Who knew that exceeded my expectations; she complained about there being too little dried beans and gave up her usual politeness in having parents serve food, diving into the plate herself for a thorough search. While eating, she shouted "spicy," but was thoroughly enjoying it.
My daughter's love for dried beans surpassed my expectations. Once there was just a little bit of leftover food, and when I was napping, she secretly finished all the dried beans without making a sound and ate them all up.
This dish is not greasy but very filling, with a spicy flavor.
