Homemade Fried Mushrooms Method


Every time I pass by a skewer stand, I can't help but take a few extra looks.
Fried Mushroom is one of my favorite snacks,just like skewers, fried and then sprinkled with cumin powder and chili powder. A simple yet delicious treat, grab a plate and enjoy it now!Ingredients Main Ingredients
Portobello mushrooms 500g, oil as needed, salt as needed, cumin powder as needed, chili powder as needed
Step 1. Wash the mushrooms, then squeeze out the water.
Step 2.

Cut the mushrooms into small strips.

Step 3.

Place in a large container and mix with 1 spoon of salt thoroughly, set aside.

Step 4.

Heat the oil in a pot, start frying when bubbles appear on the surface of the oil.

Step 5.

Fry until golden brown, then remove and drain excess oil.
Step 6.
Sprinkle with cumin powder and chili powder and mix well.
Step 7.
