  Lotus root and meat,together with pork and eggs,the plant protein and animal protein are organically combined. Steps:1. Use a blender to mix the pork and lotus root until smooth, chop the ginger and green onions finely. 2. Mix the pork paste with lotus root, oil, salt, sugar, cornstarch, oyster sauce, soy sauce, ginger in one direction until well combined.3. Grease a dish, spread the mixed meat mixture evenly inside it, then add 3 eggs. 4. Steam for 15 minutes.5. Serve after removing from heat and sprinkling with green onions. TIP:

You can substitute lotus root with

tender bamboo shoots,

shiitake mushrooms,

salted vegetables, etc.,

for different flavors.

Steam for 15 minutes with water.
