Homemade Braised Rib Recipe with Taro




Ingredients:Ribs (already blanched and boiled)(already soaked, cleaned) Tofu Beans (already prepped)Yam(peeled, cleaned, sliced)
Seasonings: cooking wine,soy sauce,doubanjiang (fermented broad bean and chili paste), sugar Makes: (1) Place the blanched ribs and sliced yam into the inner pot of the electric rice cooker.
(2) Then, add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, soy sauce, doubanjiang, sugar, and 3 cups of water.
(3) Cover the lid, plug in the power, press the cook button, and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Add the tofu beans, stir them in, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
