500ml rapeseed oil

1. Thaw the miltfish at room temperature.2. Remove the gills and intestines when taking them out, then wash them clean.

Dry them in a colander.

3. Drain the water from the miltfish.

6. Mix well and marinate for 1 hour.

7. Heat the rapeseed oil in a pot over medium heat.

8. Fry the miltfish one by one until they turn slightly golden.
