Homemade Steamed Sea Bass Wrapped in Foil

Aluminum foil dishes always pique one's appetite.
I once tried a friend's aluminum foil-wrapped dish.Sea bass. It was fresh and delicious, delicate and well-seasoned, without the greasiness of restaurant fare.

Aluminum Foil-Wrapped Sea Bass Cooking Method
1. Prepare the ingredients.Ingredients. Cut the green onion into strips and slice the ginger for later use.2. Defrost the sea bass at room temperature, rinse it under water to clean.

3. Place the sea bass in a dish, sprinkle with a little salt and sugar, add green onion and ginger strips, pour in cooking wine.

1. The sea bass should not be too large; a size of about 1 pound is best.
2. Ensure the marinade is well spread; if possible, marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Wrap tightly with aluminum foil to prevent leakage during baking.
The foil should be sealed tightly to prevent the juice from leaking out when the sole is cooked.
