Homestyle Method for Stir-Fried Pork with Kidney Beans

Green beans 200g, red and green peppers Chili peppers Bell peppers 2 pieces, Pork 200g, 30g oil, 5g salt, Soysauce 5g, 5g starch, Ginger 2g, Monosodium glutamate
Steps

1. Main ingredients: Green beans and red and green peppers;: vegetable oil, salt, ginger, soysauce, starch, five-spice powder, monosodium glutamate.

2. Wash the green beans and cut them into oblique slices.

3. Clean the green bell peppers and cut them into pieces; chop the ginger into fine pieces.

4. Cut the pork into slices, mix with soysauce, five-spice powder, and starch, add a little sesame oil to stir well for a few minutes as marinating.

5. Heat the pan with cold oil, when it's 70% hot, put in the meat slices and stir-fry until they change color, then remove them.

6. Heat another pan with cold oil again, add ginger, stir-fry green beans until they emit fragrance, about 3 minutes.

7. Add red and green bell peppers and stir-fry until they release their spiciness.

8. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

9. Add meat slices and stir-fry evenly.

10. Add monosodium glutamate.

11. Stir-fry evenly until done.
Tips
1. Make sure the green beans are stir-fried to emit fragrance and be thoroughly cooked, this is how they taste best.
2. Meat can be added according to personal preference.
