Especially when alone, making a stew and having a soup,
rich in nutrition without much effort.
Potatoes are compared to rice in terms of lower calories and only 0.1% fat content. If it is used as the main food, persistently eating one meal a day consisting of potatoes can effectively reduce excess fat.
Chicken is among all meats with the highest protein content, and very low in fat, making it a highly healthy food.
Therefore, I often use these two ingredients to make stews for my family,

Shiitake mushrooms Chicken stewed with potatoes
Ingredients: 2 cups of rice (according to the bowl)Leg of chicken one Small potatoes two, shiitake mushrooms a few, carrot a little bit A little bit
Seasonings: Oyster sauce, soy sauce one teaspoon Soy sauce one tablespoon Ginger powder a little, rice wine one teaspoon Black pepper powder Tool: Supor spherical pressure cooker
Method:
1. Cut the chicken leg into small pieces and marinate with oyster sauce, ginger powder, and rice wine.
2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces,
carrot cut into small cubes, shiitake mushrooms cut into small pieces. 3. Heat the wok and add cold oil, stir-fry the potato carrot shiitake mushroom pieces for a moment.
4. Add the marinated chicken legs and continue to stir-fry until the meat starts to tighten.
5. Transfer in with the rice and add other seasonings, stir-fry evenly.
6. Pour into the pressure cooker.
7. Add purified water at a 1:1.1 ratio.
8. Close the lid and turn the lock on the knob.
9. Select quick cooking function (default time is 25 minutes).
10. After venting, open and mix before eating.
Note
Chicken should be marinated beforehand; this leg of chicken was not deboned, it's recommended to remove the bone for easier consumption.
