Homemade Steamed Rice with Duck Liver and Sausage

Seasonings: Liufu Soysauce 4 tablespoons, Sugar 1 tablespoon, Sesame oil 1 tablespoon, Oyster sauce 2 tablespoons,Butter 8 grams, Cornstarch, Rice wine,Black pepper crushed, Salt a little

Method:

1,Rice Wash and cook with water

2, Sausage cut into thin slices

3, Bok Choy blanched with salt

4,Goose liver Soak in rice wine for a while, preferably brandy

5, Remove goose liver from rice wine and coat with a layer of cornstarch
