Raisins Millet Dumplings

Main ingredients:Glutinous rice flour rhus coriaria paste
Seasoning: oil, yeast powder, sesame seeds
Steps:
1. Mix glutinous rice flour with yeast and warm water.
2. Knead into a smooth dough.
3. Let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours.
4. Shape the sweet bean paste into balls.
5. Take a piece of the risen glutinous rice dough, flatten it, and insert a ball of sweet bean paste.
6. Wrap it tightly and form it into a ball.
7. Roll it in sesame seeds evenly.
8. Repeat until all are made, forming uncooked dumplings.
9. Heat oil in a pot to about 180°C.
10. Fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the dumplings float.
11. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
Serve in a dish.

Tip:
1. Use sesame seeds without the shell for better appearance of the dumplings.
2. Adjust fermentation time based on temperature; use when the dough has risen sufficiently.
