My family loves pumpkin very much.Large pumpkins are often bought whole. They can be steamed, cooked into porridge,made into rice gruel, mashed and juiced,rubbed to make steamed buns, or baked into bread and cakes,basically every way I've tried. A few days ago, I suddenly thought of baking a pumpkin that I had just bought.The taste was really great! Even my grandmother liked it, which is not easy to achieve!This method is extremely simple; just mix the pumpkin and place it in an air fryer, then turn on and forget about it. I added some garlic cloves for a bit of garlic flavor.The baked garlic itself was also very delicious.Ingredients Main ingredients500g pumpkin, one head of garlic, olive oil as needed, salt and pepper to taste.
Steps1. Cut a piece of pumpkin; choose deep-colored ones for sweetness and tenderness;
