Homemade Stewed Sausage and Potato Rice Recipe


When it's cold, I don't want to go out to buy vegetables. For lunch, just my wife and I are eating. Looking through the fridge to see what we can find for a meal.My mother-in-law doesn't have much appetite, so let's stir-fry some sausages. They're mildly spicy, but Dad has just recovered from an illness and can't eat spicy food, so they've been in the fridge without being used.We haven't had spicy foods for a while now either.
