Homemade Crispy Peanuts Method

Fried Peanuts Rice
A few days ago, I had a small gathering with some friends. As soon as we sat down, the restaurant served two appetizers; one of them was "fried peanuts." Honestly, I hadn't tasted fried peanuts in quite some time. While chatting, I ate a few pieces and found them so delicious. So, after returning home, I made this dish of "fried peanuts."
Mains: Peanuts
Seasonings: Oil, Salt, Baijiu
Steps:
1. Wash and dry the peanuts in advance.
2. Add peanuts to the cold oil in a wok.
3. Fry over medium-low heat until they are colored and start popping.
4. Remove from heat, drain off excess oil, and serve on a plate.
5. Toss with a little Baijiu, then salt, and let it cool before serving.

Tips:
1. It's said that adding Baijiu makes the peanuts crisper, but I didn't notice much difference.
2. Start heating the oil when it reaches about 60% of its maximum temperature; keep an eye on them as they cook.
