Fried Small Yellow Flower Fish
Small yellow flower fish refers to smaller ones.These are small yellow croaker fish. Due to their small size, they are more suitable for frying. They can be marinated before frying;or fried until cooked and then dipped in chili salt or sesame seeds salt. For a crispy texture, it's best to fry them twice.
Main ingredients: small yellow flower fish
Seasonings: oil, salt, cooking wine, ginger Ginger flour All-purpose flour
Steps:
1. Clean the small yellow flower fish.
2. Make two cuts along the back.
3. Marinate with ginger, cooking wine, and salt for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the marinated small yellow flower fish into a bowl.
5. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry flour and mix well..
6. Heat oil and fry the small yellow flower fish.
7. Fry until the surface is golden brown, then remove.
8. Drain off any excess oil.
Serve in a dish for immediate consumption.

Tips:
1. Marinating for 20-30 minutes will be sufficient to add flavor; if marinated longer, reduce salt usage.
2. For a crisper texture, increase the oil temperature and fry again.
