Homemade Sugar Hawthorn Strips Recipe

Previously,the mountain hawthorn cakewas said to be not sweet enough, and a new idea suddenly struck. In my memory, there was a type of mountain hawthorn strip/slice covered with snow-like sugar crystals. These were so crisp that they made a crunchy sound when bitten. So I decided to turn the mountain hawthorn cake into sugared strips. The method is simple: cut the mountain hawthorn cake into 3-millimeter-thin slices, arrange them on a baking tray covered with cling film.Put it in the oven, set at the proofing function, and bake for several hours. When the surface dries and no longer sticks to your hand, take it out and cool on a wire rack. Cut into appropriate-sized pieces. Roll them in sugar to coat evenly. Done..

Ingredients: 1 block of mountain hawthorn cake, an appropriate amount of white sugar

Steps:
