Homestyle Preparation for Peanut Winter Bamboo Chestnut Stomach Soup

Pork stomach contains proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, and iron.It has the effects of tonifying qi and spleen, suitable for those with deficiency of qi and blood, and weak constitution. Steps 1. Wash the pork stomach with salt. 2. Boil it for a few minutes in boiling water.3. Remove from heat and set aside. 4. Cut the cooked pork stomach into slices, and slice the ginger.5. Soak the peanuts beforehand. 6. Peel and remove the shell of the winter walnuts.
