Homemade Dofu Nao with Soy Sauce Flavor


The finished dish is salty, fragrant, and tender.rice goes well with it. It pairs nicely with buns.. The ingredients are as follows:

Gelatinous tofu. 1 block, a little oil, a spoon of old dried chili sauce,fermented black beans in small amount, and chopped green onions.
Steps.

. Choose gelatinous or silk tofu.

. Chop the green onions finely and set aside.

. Heat the pot with oil, add the old dried chili sauce and fermented black beans, stir-fry on low heat until fragrant.

. Add an appropriate amount of water to boil.

. Pour in the gelatinous tofu, cut into large pieces, do not stir.

. Cook over medium heat while reducing the broth.

. Thicken with a slurry and serve out.

. Garnish with green onions before eating.
. Tip: Gelatinous tofu is very tender, no need to stir-fry.
