Home-style Stir-fried Sausage with Kale




Ingredients::Kale,sausage (already sliced)(already sliced)
Seasonings: salt,magnesium glutamate
Method: (1) Wash the kale, peel it, and slice it on a cutting board.
(2) Blanch the sliced kale in clear water, then remove it.
(3) Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, add the already sliced sausage and stir-fry.
(4) Add the blanched kale and stir-fry together.
(5) Season with an appropriate amount of salt and magnesium glutamate, stir to mix well, and it's done.
