Home-style Braised Chicken with Shiitake Mushrooms and Potatoes


On the day Xiao Bao came back, I ordered a chicken to make braised chicken for Xiao Bao and Grandma. The broth of this dish can be used to mix with rice and is also very flavorful. Since it was for kids, I did not add any peppers for flavoring.Peppers can be added if you enjoy spicy food; that way, the taste will feel warmer. Ingredients

Tip

Potatoes should be peeled and cut, then rinsed with water or salt water to prevent browning.
