A quick and nutritious breakfast in the morning: Beef Steak PastaPortion: 2 servings Ingredients: 1 small portion of pasta, 1 piece of beef steak, some red radish, green peas, salt to taste, black pepper powder to taste, a little olive oil, 4 tablespoons of mixed sauce. Steps for making Beef Steak Pasta:1. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add the pasta and cook until boiling again. Then switch to low heat and cook for about 5-8 minutes before turning off the heat and letting it sit for 2-3 minutes.2. Drain the cooked pasta and set aside. 3. Defrost the beef steak, season with a little salt and black pepper powder, let it marinate for a few minutes. Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the marinated beef steak.
4. Sear each side of the steak for about 30 seconds before flipping to sear the other side. Keep flipping until fully cooked.
5. Place the cooked pasta on a plate, pour the mixed sauce over it, add blanched red radish and green peas, then top with the pan-fried beef steak.
Tips:1. You can make a large amount of mixed sauce in advance and store it in the refrigerator for future use. 2. Clean half an onion, one tomato, and four garlic cloves, then cut them into small pieces.2. Heat a little olive oil in a pot, add the chopped onions and garlic, sauté over low heat until fragrant. 3. Add the tomatoes and continue to cook on low heat for some time.4. Once the tomatoes soften, add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for about 10 minutes. 5. When the sauce thickens, add a tablespoon of sugar, tomato sauce, salt, and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes before turning off the heat.

How to make steak and pasta
1 Boil water in a pot, add the spaghetti and cook until boiling again. Then simmer on low heat for 5-8 minutes, then turn off and let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

2 Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain the water and set aside.

3 Thaw the steak and season with a little salt,and black pepper powder. Let it marinate for a few minutes. Heat some olive oil in a pan, then add the marinated steak.

4 Sear for about 30 seconds, flip over to sear the other side, and repeatedly flip until milk is just cooked through before removing from heat.
