Bacon Cheese Rolls Steps:

1. Mix the main ingredients and knead until it reaches the stretchy stage. Remove and place in a container with a lid. Put in a warm place for basic fermentation;
2. When the dough has fermented to 2.5 times its original size, basic fermentation is complete;
3. Take out the fermented dough and knead off air. Divide into four equal parts, round them, and rest for 10 minutes;
