Mini submarine burger,Hamburger buns, a cute transformation~~ Long ago, I received a mold from Hodo Mall but never used it until now, making these mini hamburger buns turned out to be very nice~~ Tiny and adorable hamburger buns paired with colorful ingredients.Ingredients, beautiful and delicious~~ The main ingredients are the burger bun materials, and the filling ingredients serve as the side dishes.
Main Ingredients for the Bun
Rye flour 250g, beef patty 200g,milk powder 10g, sugar 20g, salt 3g, egg liquid 30g, water 130g, yeast 3g,butter 20g, red bell pepper 20g, purple onion 30g, light soy sauce appropriate amount, cooking wine appropriate amount, oyster sauce appropriate amount, salt appropriate amount, sugar appropriate amount, black pepper powder appropriate amount, lettuce appropriate amount, purple cabbage appropriate amount, strawberry tomatoes appropriate amount, dressing ranch appropriate amount,Step 1. Place the main ingredients except for the butter into the bread maker bucket, and put it in the bread machine to select the kneading program. Step 2. Add softened butter, then another kneading program. Step 3. Take out the dough, cover with plastic wrap and let it rise in a warm place.
Step 4. Let it rise until it doubles in size.

Step 5. After rising, divide the dough into eight equal parts, shape them round, and cover with plastic wrap to rest for 15 minutes.Step 6. Take a small piece of dough and flatten it into a rectangle. Step 7. Roll it up from top to bottom.

Step 8. After all are rolled up, place them in the mold,

inside which add water for the oven, let it rise for 40 minutes.

Step 9. Take out the risen dough and brush with egg wash.

Step 10. Bake on the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Step 11. Mix beef patty with oil, light soy sauce, cooking wine, oyster sauce, salt, sugar, and black pepper; marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 12. Add chopped red bell peppers and onion, mix well.Step 13. Use gloves to shape the meat into a rectangle and pan-fry until cooked. Step 14. Cut one of the hamburger buns into three slices.

Step 15. Spread ranch dressing on the first slice and add lettuce.

Step 16. Place the beef patty on top.

Step 17. Cover with another slice, arrange sliced strawberries, purple cabbage shreds, and shredded lettuce, spread more ranch dressing.

Step 18. Finally cover with the last slice of bread.Step 19. This is a good choice for breakfast and afternoon tea.Tip 1. Only shape it into a rectangle to ensure even rising when rolled up, making it look better. Tip 2. Monitor the browning; if the surface color darkens, reduce baking time accordingly.

Put on a disposable glove and shape the meat filling into a rectangle, then fry it in a pan until cooked, setting it aside.

Slice one burger bun evenly into three pieces.

Spread mayonnaise on the first piece of bread, and add lettuce.

Place the pork chop on top.

Cover with another slice of bread. Arrange cherry tomatoes, purple cabbage threads, and more lettuce slices, then spread mayonnaise over them.

Finally, cover with the last slice of bread.
