Homemade Orleans Roasted Chicken Method


During traditional Thanksgiving dinner, roasted turkey is an indispensable dish to celebrate the festival;routinely known Thanksgiving dishes include roasted turkey and pumpkinpies. 1. Clean the chicken first before marinating routinely. 2. Add the Orleans seasoning 3. Then add chopped ginger and garlic; if you like, you can also add some scallions! 4. Rub it evenly, give the chicken a massage, then put it in a sealed bag and refrigerate overnight for better flavor penetration.
5. Remove the marinated chicken and secure it on the rotisserie skewer provided by the oven; place it in the oven with the rotisserie function turned on at 150 degrees Celsius and roast for about 50 minutes.

6. Make sure to wrap the chicken tips with aluminum foil, or they might get burnt.

The meat is firm yet not greasy, with well-preserved juices, avoiding toughness.

Rub the seasoning evenly, give the chicken a massage, then pack it in a and refrigerate to marinate for at least one night, so that it can absorb more flavors.

Remove the marinated chicken and insert the oven rack and rotisserie spit into it, fix it properly, place it in the oven, turn on the rotisserie function, and slowly roast at 150 degrees for about 50 minutes,the chicken wings make sure to wrap the tips with aluminum foil; otherwise, they will burn.
