Garlic and Ginger Baked Shrimp

I just love playing around with kitchen appliances, and here I used a pressure cooker to make some no-water grilled prawns, the taste is quite delicious. The shell of the mud shrimp is thick, so it takes longer to grill. However, this also makes the texture of the shrimp very good after grilling; if you like, you can follow this method. If you prefer spicy food, you can add some chili peppers.
Ingredients Main ingredients
650g mud prawns, appropriate amount of oil, salt, black pepper in appropriate amount, a small bunch of green onions, 8 slices of ginger, ginger. Steps
1. Prepare the mud prawns.

2. Marinate and rinse with fine salt, then drain and prepare them for use.

3. Add an appropriate amount of salad oil and black

pepper . 4. Prepare slices of ginger and green onions.

5. Place the ginger and green onion slices at the bottom of the pot, then add the marinated mud prawns.

6. Choose the no-water grilled cooking mode.

7. Grill until the mud prawns are fully cooked.

8. This completes one serving of ginger-grilled mud prawns.

TIP
I personally salt and wash the shrimp, thinking that this method is more hygienic when dealing with seafood.
Brine and wash the river shrimp with salt, this is my personal habit, as I always feel that salting and washing seafood is very hygienic.
