Homemade Caozhou Braised Goose Wings Method

Ingredients:
5 large goose wings, about 900 grams;5 milliliters of sesame oil, pig's trotter broth, 2500 milliliters of Chaozhou ruan water, 20 milliliters of hu dou jiu,Red pepper 5 milliliters of oil, star anise 2 pieces, licorice 3 strands, garlic meat 30 grams,Coriander 50 grams, bay leaves 15 pieces.
Process:
1. Use tweezers to remove the down feathers and hair from the goose wings, wash them clean, and set aside.
2. Boil water in a pot, add the goose wings for blanching for 2 minutes, then take out and cool with cold water, drain the excess moisture, and set aside.
3.
