Yam Beef Soup Rice Cake Ingredients Introduction
Main Ingredients:
Chinese Yam (half a piece) Beef (varies)(small) Chinese Cabbage (one piece) Black Fungus (varies) Rice Cake (appropriate amount) Auxiliary Ingredients:Oil (appropriate amount) Salt (appropriate amount) Yam Beef Soup Rice Cake Cooking Steps:
1. Wash all ingredients and pat dry.
2. Rinse rice cakes and soak in clear water.
3. Use pre-cooked beef from the store.
4. Peel yams, slice them.

5. Chop Chinese cabbage into small pieces.

6. Heat a wok with oil, heat slightly before adding sliced yam.

7. Stir-fry briefly, then add chopped Chinese cabbage.

8. Cook until Chinese cabbage softens, then add black fungus.

9. Add rice cakes.

10. Quickly stir-fry to mix.

11. Add beef.12. Pour in half a bowl of water. 13. Stir again; more or less water is fine depending on your preference for soupiness.
14. Bring the soup to a boil, then add appropriate salt.

15. Continue cooking over medium heat for about 2 minutes until yams and rice cakes are cooked through.

16. Turn off the fire and serve in a bowl.

17. The taste is excellent.

Small Tips:

1: As there's Chinese Yam today, it should be slightly overcooked.

2: No monosodium glutamate since we have beef; you can add more for freshness if preferred.

3: Adjust the seasoning according to family preference; spicy lovers may add chili peppers.4: Daikon and yam shouldn't be consumed together, so none was added. Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes until the yam and rice cake are cooked.
Turn off the heat, remove from pan, and serve on a plate.

1Tips:
1: Since I have iron rod yam, it may need to be cooked a bit longer.
2: If there's beef, you can skip adding it.Add monosodium glutamate if you prefer a stronger flavor. You can add more for extra freshness.
3: Adjust the taste according to your family members' preferences; if you like spicy food, you can add chili peppers.. 4: Radish and yam should not be eaten together, so I did not include them.
Radishes and yam should not be eaten together, so they were not included.Rhubarb was not added for the same reason. Yam should not be eaten with certain foods, so I did not add any.
