Homemade Preserved Salt Goose Paws Method

Ingredients:
6 large goose claws, about 900 grams, 5 ml of sesame oil, 2000 ml of Chaozhou salted brine, two drops of Jiangxia Twin Liquors,Steam 10 ml of rice wine, 50 grams of garlic meat,Cilantro 30 grams;Jiangxi pig trotter juice.
Preparation Process:
1. Remove the outer skin of the goose claws, clean off the stains with a brush, remove the nails with scissors, and wash them thoroughly for use.
2. Boil water, add the goose claws to blanch for 5 minutes, take out and drain the water, set aside for later use.
3. Bring the Chaozhou salted brine to a boil, add cilantro, garlic meat, rice wine, then add the goose claws and simmer on low heat for 25 minutes, turn off the heat and let it soak for one hour, carefully remove them to avoid breaking the claws, wait until cooled before slicing and serving with the braising sauce and sesame oil. Enjoy with Jiangxi pig trotter juice.
