Xiaowang millet germinated oil (120 grams) chili powder (55 grams) white sesame seeds(raw) (10 grams) white sugar (12 grams) salt (10 grams)
Steps to make homemade chili oil:
1. I used 120 grams of Xiaowang corn germ oil for this chili oil. I feel so sorry, it is said to be golden liquid oil; I really don't want to use it. The oil is very clear and transparent, not as cloudy as other oils,suitable for various dishes including baking.

2. Prepare all the ingredients.

3. Put white sesame seeds, white sugar, and salt into the chili powder bowl.

4. Mix them evenly.

5. Heat a wok; pour in Xiaowang corn germ oil (fresh germ oil). Heat the oil until it is about 70 degrees Celsius; don't let the temperature be too high, as it might burn the chili powder. Wait for it to cool slightly before adding.

6. Pour half of the oil, stir well,

7. and pour in the remaining oil after cooling for two minutes. Stir until evenly mixed. Mix until there is no dry chili powder left.(Let it completely cool before storing in a glass bottle for easy use)
