Homemade Delicacy of Crispy Green Beans with Meat and Mushrooms

Today, I would like to introduce a dish that is both delicious and nutritious--crispy edgar beansmushroom meat. Hehe, the first time I made this dish, it took me quite some time. Eventually, I came up with a special method, so let me share it with you now.
Ingredients: mushrooms, edgar beans, meat paste.



Method:
Cut the mushrooms into slices.
Stir-fry in a pan until fragrant.
Prepare the meat paste with soy sauce,pepper powder, cooking wine, sugar, mix well, then combine half of the dry-stir fried mushrooms.
Use a serving bowl, line with aluminum foil, place half of the dry-stir fried mushrooms first.
Press in the meat paste, put it into oven at low temperature (150 degrees) and bake for 30 minutes.
Wash the edgar beans clean.Steam until almost done, then coat with dry flour, fry until the surface is crispy and golden.
