Homemade Cold Spinach Salad Recipe

In the autumn and winter seasons, the most consumed vegetable is spinach. It can be found all year round in cities, but in rural areas of my hometown, spinach only appears in these seasons. Its flavor is more authentic than that from supermarkets; our family often eats it raw as a salad, stir-fried with eggs,or made into noodle dishes. Spinach also comes in many colorful varieties. Today, I will introduce to you a dish: Stir-fried Spinach Salad.

Ingredients: 300 grams of spinach,three dried red chilies, mashed garlic cloves (two),half a lemon, a few drops of vinegar,two tablespoons of sesame oil (or use soybean oil), appropriate amount of salt, one large bowl of cold water, and some toasted sesame seeds.Stir-fried Spinach Salad recipe 1. 2. Do not overcook the spinach; once it boils again, remove it immediately.3. Quickly placing the cooked spinach in cold water keeps its vibrant color and makes it more crunchy when eaten. 4. Before mixing with other ingredients, make sure to squeeze out all the excess water from the spinach.

5. You can adjust according to your taste by adding sugar or monosodium glutamate.
