Dry-fried chilis Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:
Dried chili peppers (as needed) Green onions (as needed)Sesame seeds(as needed)
Auxiliary materials:
Oil (as needed) Salt (a little)
Steps for making dry-fried chilis:
Prepare the ingredients, cut the dried chili peppers into small pieces and chop the green onions into small segments.

Heat the oil in a pot. Add more than usual. Once it's slightly hot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry, then add the chili peppers together. Use medium heat or low heat and keep stirring continuously without rushing.

Once the green onion turns slightly golden, add the sesame seeds and stir-fry.

When the green onion is completely dry and turns a light brown color, it's ready.

Remove from the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt to mix evenly, and let it cool before eating.

Tips:
The key is to control the heat; do not rush.
