1. Wash the chicken breast and blend it into a paste with a food processor

2. Add salt,black pepper powder, cornstarch, dark soy sauce

3. Stir in a clockwise direction until well combined

4. Prepare all ingredients: remove the protective film from the cheese and cut it into small pieces; beat the egg; place bread crumbs and cornstarch on separate plates

5. Wet your hands to prevent sticking, take an appropriate amount of chicken paste, shape it into a ball, flatten slightly, and add cheese pieces inside

6. Seal the opening and form it back into a ball

7. Roll in cornstarch to coat lightly

8. Dip in egg liquid to coat thoroughly

9. Finally, roll in bread crumbs to cover the surface evenly
