How to make authentic Sichuan Mao'ao Tofu"numbing and spicy" #MeatCook's steps:

1. Ingredient introduction: tofu 300g, peanut oil 75g, doubi (fermented black beans) 20 pieces, beef 100g, garlic sprouts 2 stalks, soy sauce 15g, doubanjiang (fermented broad bean paste) 20g, Sichuan pepper powder 1.5g, salt 5g, sugar 5g, ginger 15g.

2. First process ingredients: mince the beef, ginger, doubi, and doubanjiang. Chop the garlic sprouts into small pieces for later use.

3. Then cut the tofu into cubes about 2cm in size.
