Steps for making oyster-stewed tofu:
1. Clean the oysters and put them in a pot to simmer for a moment, then turn off the heat. Peel out each oyster and marinate with rice wine! Cut the tofu into pieces! Prepare chopped green onion and ginger!

2. Prepare all required materials as shown in the picture!
