1. Prepare pig's hooves (clean and cut into pieces)
2. Boil water in a pot with cooking wine and ginger, add pig's hoof pieces to boil

3. Rinse the boiled pig's hooves, drain off the water

4. Fry the pig's hooves in oil until well-coated
