Steps for making sauce mutton:
First, soak the lamb leg in water to remove blood.Lamb leg meat should be cleaned and cut into pieces, with optional parts kept aside; I took out a small bowl of it. Prepare the following ingredients.Add half a bottle cap of rice wine to the cleaned lamb, mix well by hand. Then add three tablespoons of Haitian Doubanjiang.

Finally, add one tablespoon.

Mix well.

Add minced garlic.

A small amount of chicken essence.

Mix thoroughly.

Cover with gloves and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or use; I used available materials to marinate the lamb.

In a hot pan with cold oil, add two tablespoons of Haitian Doubanjiang and two tablespoons of Handan Doubanjiang.

Then add the lamb pieces.Stir-fry until each piece is coated with sauce.

Add two cups of water.
