How to Make Tomato and Egg Dish

Small tomatoes (two) Eggs (three)

Steps to make tomato and egg:
Prepare the ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add salt, stirring well.

3. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

4. Heat the pan with appropriate amount of oil.

5. Pour the beaten egg liquid into the hot pan, frying on low heat until one side is done, then flip to fry the other side.

6. After frying, cut the eggs into small pieces with a spatula and set them aside.

7. Add a little more oil to the pan and stir-fry the tomatoes over high heat, adding salt.

8. Cook until the tomatoes are soft, then simmer on low heat to make tomato sauce (as shown in the picture).

9. Add the fried eggs, stir-fry evenly, and it's done.

Tips:
1. When stir-frying tomatoes, add salt; no need to add more after cooking the eggs.
2. Adding a little warm water when beating the eggs will make them fluffier when cooked.
