How to Make Braised Pork with Vermicelli

Pork Stew Tofu strandsIngredients Introduction
Main ingredients:
Five-spice pork belly(100 grams) Tofu strands (60 grams)Chinese cabbage(200 grams)
Side ingredients:
Mung beans Oil (as needed)Soysauce(10 grams) Salt (3 grams)Ginger(3 grams) Scallions (10 grams) Water (350 milliliters)
Steps to make stewed pork and tofu strands:
1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Cut the five-spice pork belly into large slices, prepare Chinese cabbage, scallions, ginger.

3. Soak the tofu strands in warm water for a while.

4. Heat the pot and add oil, then stir-fry the five-spice pork belly until it releases fat.

5. Add chopped scallions and ginger to stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add soy sauce and stir evenly.

7. Stir in Chinese cabbage.

8. Pour in water and tofu strands.

9. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat for a while, until the tofu strands are soft. Then add salt to stir evenly, and it's ready to serve.

Tips:
Tofu strands absorb a lot of water, so make sure to use enough water. The pork and tofu can also be replaced with Green beans,,mushrooms,,shiitake mushrooms,,black fungus and any other vegetables you prefer. For those who like spicy food, add a chili for better taste.
