How to Make Braised Carrot

Main ingredients:
Carrot (one)(15 grams) Rock sugar (15 grams)Ginger slices (appropriate amount) Salt (appropriate amount)Chicken essence(appropriate amount)Broccoli (a few florets) Green onion flowers (a little bit)
Steps to braise carrot:
1. Peel and wash the carrot, cut into small dice, and prepare other ingredients needed.

2. Boil water in a pot, add broccoli, add appropriate salt and one drop of oil, cook until it turns bright green, then remove and set aside; I cooked it softer for my children to eat.

3. Place oil and rock sugar in the pot, stir-fry until the sugar melts.

4. Slightly brown the carrot and ginger slices, add salt and chicken essence, stir-fry until the carrot becomes soft, then remove from heat.

Tips:
When buying carrots, choose those with soil on them rather than clean ones, as some carrots that appear freshly unearthed in the market may have been treated with food additives during the cleaning process. Multiple vegetable washing companies were exposed for using metabisulfite to wash carrots.
