How to Make Braised Pork Ribs

Main Ingredients:
Pork ribs (one pound) Ginger (two slices) Garlic cloves (three pieces) Green onion (two pieces)Chili peppers(Three pieces)Star anise(Two pieces) Cinnamon (two small pieces)
Auxiliary Ingredients:
Dark soy sauce(One teaspoon) Dark soy sauce (one teaspoon) Shaoxing wine (one teaspoon) Oyster sauce (half tablespoon) Salt (a little) Rock sugar (five small pieces) Oil (an appropriate amount)
The steps to make Braised Pork Ribs:
1. Cut the pork ribs into three pieces each, wash them thoroughly

2. Ingredients include: chili peppers (three), ginger slices (two), green onion slices (three with skins removed and sliced), garlic cloves (three with skins removed and smashed), star anise (two), cinnamon (two small pieces), rock sugar (five small pieces)

3. Put the pork ribs and cold water in a pot, boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer for two minutes, remove and rinse with clear water, drain well

4. Heat the wok and add oil, stir-fry the ginger slices, garlic cloves, green onion slices

5. Add pork ribs and stir-fry for a moment, then add Shaoxing wine and stir-fry again

6. Add dark soy sauce, stir-fry until the color of the pork ribs changes, then add water to cover the pork ribs and bring to a boil (the water should be enough to cover the pork), add rock sugar, cinnamon, star anise, switch to low heat and simmer for 45 minutes, add oyster sauce, salt, and continue to simmer for five more minutes

7. Decorate the delicious Braised Pork Ribs with a small garnish to make it look appetizing in color, aroma, and taste
