How to Make Sweet and Sour Shrimp

the steps to make sweet and sour shrimp:
1. Wash the shrimp and remove the whiskers.

2. Chop the ginger and garlic finely.

3. Heat the oil in a wok, add the chopped ginger and garlic to stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the shrimp and stir-fry.

Tips:
