How to Make Tomato Soybean Curd

Main ingredients:
Firm tofu (500g)
Side ingredients:
Oil (as needed) Salt (as needed)Ketchup(As needed) Scallion flakes (as needed)
Steps for making tomato sauce tofu:
1. Prepare the ingredients: tofu and ketchup.

2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add scallion flakes to stir-fry until fragrant.

4. Add the tofu and stir-fry.

5. Sprinkle salt to taste.

6. Add ketchup and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer for a while.

8. Once the sauce turns red and thickens, turn off the heat.

Tips:
Add ketchup according to your taste.
If you like the taste of ketchup, just add some salt.
Cooking with an additional tomato would be better.
