Steps for Black Pepper Beef Rolls:
1. Thaw the black pepper beef, which is already marinated.

2. Wash the fresh asparagus thoroughly.

3. Blanch in boiling water for 30 seconds, then transfer to cold water.

4. Keep in cold water until it becomes crisp, then drain and cut into segments.

5. Cut into three pieces, set aside.

6. Chop the hami melon to facilitate shaping.

7. Divide the beef slices in half after taking them out.

8. Place three asparagus and three chunks of hami melon, roll slowly with gentle pressure, secure with toothpicks.

9. Secure the ends properly.

I bought marinated black pepper beef from the supermarket; asparagus can be replaced with mango.It's also quite good and less greasy this way.
