How to Steam Oysters


Steam Oysters Ingredients Introduction
Main ingredients:
Live oysters (10 pieces)
Side ingredients:
Garlic ( )Suzhou vermicelli( )
How to make steamed oysters:
1. Wash the oysters

2. Remove the shells

3. Soak the noodles in water until soft

4. Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant

5. Add Steamed fishmiso and a little soy sauce, bring to a boil then set aside and chili

( )on top of the oysters. Place the prepared oysters on a steamer and steam for about 3-4 minutes.

7. Serve and enjoy.

Tips:
Be careful when removing the shells from the oysters.
